This report attempts to describe the current state of the British 9/11 Truth Campaign. (To describe it as a “single entity”, however, is perhaps inaccurate as will become clear once the content of this report has been digested).
It has been prepared using some material from other authors, which has been posted, on the 9/11 Campaign forum (http://www.nineeleven.co.uk/ ). Due to lack of time and resources, the report should not be taken to be a particularly authoritative one, although the author has done his best to present accurate information, and a sensible interpretation of it.
The report contains the following section:
Approximately half of the sample correspondence section is drawn from Andrew Johnson’s “personal collection” – this should not be taken to show that he is the only person who has been involved with correspondence, but rather as a problem that we are essentially “individual campaigners” rather than a coherent/well-funded and well-organised campaign such as “Stop the War” or NO2ID. (Indeed, for some campaigners, this is part of the 9/11 Truth Campaign’s appeal).
Production of this report has presented an opportunity to collate and review information, though it is not necessarily meant to be used as a basis on which future plans can be made, nor is it meant to be a commentary on the successes or failures of the campaign – it is mainly a collated set of documentation about what has happened up to this point, with an attempt to highlight the most important events. Ian Neal describes the nature of the UK Campaign Entity as follows:
“The campaign is in fact a loose network of individuals who are united in our demand for a further independent investigation of 9/11, who use a combination of local meetings, emails and a public discussion forum to keep in touch with each other and help each other advance projects which are the initiatives of individual supporters. We do not and never have had the intention to collect all forms of ‘truth seeker’ together under the control of one governing body.”
Further supporting documentation is provided in a set of appendices. A review of this information will show that the campaign is real and is growing in its significance.
This whole report has been written, compiled and produced in less than 1 week (and in the author’s spare time), with assistance provided by other campaigners in the review phase, so please bear that in mind when judging any aspects of its content, structure or overall quality. It has only undergone a brief review by fellow campaigners. It should therefore not be taken to be an authoritative or definitive statement about the view of all British 9/11 Truth Campaigners (especially the content of sections 10 and 11).
The purpose of this report is not to document the evidence for the official story of 9/11 being almost completely false – that has already been established in hundreds of books and videos. The purpose is to give a brief history of the UK Campaign and present a “snapshot” of certain aspects of its current state.
It is the author’s view that the evidence presented in this selection of documentation proves that there is a global cover up of 9/11 Truth – only made possible by a pervasive psychology of fear, denial and ridicule. Ultimately, it may be shown, using this and other 9/11 Truth evidence, that many organisations through their action or inaction are complicit in the cover up of the true crimes of 9/11. These organisations really do need to take a long hard look at the evidence - and at themselves, if Western (and possibly global) Civilisation is to have a chance of preventing itself from political, social and even environmental destruction.

This section discusses the formation of the UK campaign, but may omit key figures and names and dates, due to there being a lack of central documentation.
The beginnings of the UK campaign were probably in January 2004. Ian Neal had asked for a meeting with Simon Aronowitz, Nafeez Ahmed and Ian Henshall following Ian Neal becoming aware of Ian Henshall’s website (http://www.911dossier.co.uk/). Several concerned individuals in London had meetings about the problems with the Official Story (termed “Official Conspiracy Theory” – OCT) of 9/11. Among this group were Ian Neal and Noel Glynn – themselves both still very active members of the UK Campaign.
Campaign Chairman, Ian Crane, had been researching problems with the Official Story since 2002.
Independently of one another, Justin Walker (a former Green Party Member) and Andrew Johnson also began to become active around September 2004, but were working very much in isolation, or only with a small number of friends or associates. Through videos such as “In Plane Site” and “9/11: The Great Illusion” we had all become aware of the serious problems with the OCT.
Andrew Johnson had already befriended Belinda McKenzie through a mutual interest and we first began to focus on 9/11 Truth issues in late 2004.
During meetings in either 2004 or early 2005, David Shayler and Annie Machon came into contact with members of the then embryonic London Group and soon after, started to speak publicly about 9/11 Truth issues. Rather abruptly, David’s involvement as a speaker for the Stop the War Coalition came to an end – they refused to give him a platform (despite the evidence) to talk about 9/11 Truth.
Other existing campaign members were probably ahead of all of us in realising the OCT was a lie. Ian Crane had been researching the matters since about 2002. It is likely that Ian Henshall and Rowland Morgan were also looking at the evidence at this time.
The most catalysing event for the formation of a more coherent campaigning entity came in May 2005.
With the Friends’ Meeting House in Euston only about 1/3 filled, many of the campaigners mentioned above – and a good few others met for the 1st time as we listened to and watched Jimmy Walter, William Rodriguez (last man to be pulled alive from the WTC rubble), Chris Bollyn, Thierry Meyssan and Eric Hufschmid. The event was introduced by Ian Henshall. There was also a well-attended evening of movies in the Prince Charles Cinema off Leicester Square.
An identical event in Manchester drew a larger attendance of about 500 people. These events were essentially a “scaled down replay” of those that Jimmy organised in the USA. Jimmy then went on to deliver similar presentations in a number of European Cities.
At around the same time, Justin Walker, Simon Aronowitz and others delivered a deposition to Tony Blair’s house in Sedgefield and 17,000 copies of Jimmy’s comprehensive DVD presentation “Confronting the Evidence” were distributed to houses in the area.
Following Jimmy’s generous donation of books and DVD’s, the UK Campaign began to move forward slowly and people were able to distribute materials as a way of awakening people to the truth.
Though an e-mail distribution list was already kept by one of the London Campaigners, and Simon Aronowitz had already set up a Website for the UK campaign, featuring some of his own articles and video clips, he was persuaded to allow the domain name (http://www.nineeleven.co.uk/) to host a Forum where messages and articles could be posted more easily. This came into being in July 2005 and its membership has steadily increased to just over 1000 (as of 16th October 2006 - See section 8 for a further discussion of the Internet Forum). Not all posters are active.
In October 2005, an Online Petition was created, but this has so far only garnered about 810 signatures (discounting duplicates. This contrasts with approximately 11,000 signatures captured in for the Scholars for 9/11 Truth petition in a shorter period.) A copy of this petition is included in Appendix E.
There are a number of active campaigners in Scotland – including Keith Mothersson and Kenny McGuire. Keith has made a number of highly significant contributions to the Campaign and Kenny, despite his limited funds, has also worked hard to distribute materials in his local area.
Morgan Stack is a member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth and has been extremely vigorous in his campaigning with regular “visits” to RTE and a number of media appearances, as well as organising a number of conferences and events, supported by both Webster Tarpley and David Shayler and Annie Machon. Morgan is standing as a candidate for The Dail - the Republic's parliament - on the “9/11 Truth Ticket”. A separate appendix has been included which Morgan provided for this report/compilation of information.
This section attempts to include “thumbnail sketches” of the main events both in the UK and the USA, which seem noteworthy for one reason or another.
This is mentioned first in this section, due to its significance. In September 2005, Professor Steve Jones published a paper entitled Why Indeed did the World Trade Centre Buildings Collapse? (This paper has recently drawn some criticism from other 9/11 Truth Scholars.) In December 2005, Prof Jim Fetzer and Prof Steve Jones took the decision to form the group and launch a Website. Its membership is international, now running to over 300 members. For full information, visit www.st911.org and its sister website www.journalof911studies.com . In recent months, however, a significant difference of opinion has developed in this group, which is discussed further in section 11.1.
Both Jimmy Walter’s group (www.reopen911.org) and Michael Berg’s group (www.911truth.org) organised fairly large “panel” events in September 2004, which gathered together a number of researchers and gave them an opportunity to present an analysis of evidence to the members of the public. The one organised by www.911truth.org swore in witnesses before the panel of commissioners (which the US Government’s Commission initially did not). Both these panel events were recorded. Jimmy Walter’s was released on the Internet and on DVD, 911Truth.org’s seemed to be released on the Internet only.
Jimmy organised another event in Tampa, Florida at which Eric Hufschmid and William Rodriguez spoke. About 600 people attended this.
Here, Professor Morgan Reynolds (a former Republican economist in GW Bush’s 1st administration) gave a presentation entitled “President Bush – Come out of the White House With Your Hands Up. You are under arrest for treason on 9/11”. Hard though you may find it to believe, the former Director of the Criminal Justice Centre at the National Centre for Policy Analysis, showed that the defendants conspired to create a false cover story of suicide hijackings in order to “blow the World Trade Centre to kingdom come” with explosives—a shock-and-awe psy-op designed to coerce the American people into supporting a pre-planned “long war” in the Middle East, massive increases in military spending, and the rollback of Constitutional civil liberties.
Ian Crane and Annie Machon also spoke at the event.
Charlie Sheen addressed the LA group of 1500 people and described how “a juggernaut of truth” was being released at the event. He stated “We are here today to fire a warning shot across the bow of mainstream media - to remind them of their original responsibility as civil and political watchdogs.”
Professor Steven E Jones presentation discussed the new physical evidence of the use of thermate in the demolition, following the discovery of WTC metal samples in a memorial park. He has analysed these using X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry (XEDS).
He was followed by the former head of the Star Wars program Lt. Col. Robert Bowman, speaking as a former interceptor pilot, with 101 combat missions in Viet Nam in F-4’s, he dispelled any idea that the failure of the U.S. Air Force to intercept the hijacked airliners on September 11, was anything but an intentional stand-down ordered from the highest levels of our government.
New York – 5th Anniversary – Sept 2006

Alex Jones was there “bull-horning”, and a number of other prominent Truth Activists spoke and distributed materials.
This report also once again demonstrates liberal use (in the picture caption) of the term “Conspiracy Theorist” to describe 9/11 Truth campaigners, despite the scientific and other evidence that proves the WTC buildings were demolished with explosives.
During the weeks of July, August and September 2006, several 9/11 Truth Scholars have appeared on Fox News – Prof Jim Fetzer, Prof Kevin Barrett, Dr Robert Bowman and Prof Morgan Reynolds (see later for additional comments on this). (See either www.st911.org or www.911blogger.com for links to video clips etc).
This has been formed by Prof Kevin Barrett and others, with the support of people like Professor David Ray Griffin. Kevin Barrett has been subject to attempts at character assassination since his appearance on Fox News and had his employment status threatened. (Prof Steve Jones has also been suspended from his post at Brigham Young University, though on full pay).
This was done for CBS and the New York Times.

Shortly after the formation of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, another new group formed – “Veterans for 9/11 Truth” (www.v911t.org). More recently, a similar group has formed: “Patriots for 9/11 Truth” (http://www.patriotsquestion911.com)
Ian Henshall and Rowland Morgan’s Book 9-11 Revealed was also published in August 2005 and a 2nd Book by Rowland Morgan Flight 93 Revealed: What Really Happened on the Heroic 9/11 'Let's Roll' Flight was released in August 2006.
The former book release resulted in a review being published in The Daily Mail (also in August 2005) which remains the longest and most detailed discussion of 9/11 Truth evidence yet published in the UK press.
Over the last 12-18 months an increasing number of events have been held around the country. They have been concentrated in a number of areas – such as Totnes, Bristol, Leeds and London. These talks have been primarily given by David Shayler, Annie Machon and Ian Crane (particularly in the case of Ian Crane who has been doing organised talks for probably longer than anyone else) and are often organised by individual campaigners, using their own funds and initiative (this is indicative of the strength of feelings people have when they realise the truth).
A more complete (though certainly not exhaustive) list is given in section 5.
Campaigners gave a number of talks and distributed 9/11 Truth Materials in Scotland.
David Shayler and Annie Machon toured a number of towns and gave a number of talks and presentations - to groups of varying sizes - around the region.
9/11 Truth Campaigners have maintained a visible presence at all of them since September 2004.
By March 2006, awareness of 9/11 Truth issues did seem to be growing. This was demonstrated to me when I took part in the “Stop the War Protest” in London on Sat. 18th March. Perhaps the most significant part of this event was former SAS Officer Ben Griffin’s short speech about his refusal to return to Iraq, due to the methods being used by the allied forces being inconsistent with the introduction of democracy. He had a message for Mr Blair – “It’s not God that will judge you – it’s us.” This speech was neither reported nor aired by the BBC.
Many of the people I spoke to on the March had some awareness of the 9/11 Truth issues, but they weren’t aware of a more organised UK Campaign.

This was originally slated for June 14th 2006, but did not take place for several reasons. At least one campaigner wrote to his MP to advise her of this event.
Professor David Ray Griffin’s talk entitled Should 9/11 Truth be Concealed or Revealed? washeard by a capacity crowd of about 600 people in Conway Hall. David Shayler, Ian Crane and Annie Machon also provided additional perspectives and commentary. A copy of the press release is included in section 6.4.3.
Also on Sunday, we held a day-long event at Brixton, organised by several London members. About 10 or 15 people spoke about various topics, including Former MI5 Officer Annie Machon as well as Calum Douglas, an Engineering student from Oxford Brookes University, Media Company Director Tim Sparke, Journalist and radio presenter Tony Gosling, David Shayler and former Oil Industry Worker Ian Crane. I was also asked to give 2 short presentations about my own campaigning activities. Between 50 and 100 people attended the day. Several bands played in the evening and Anti-Terror Police Officers came to the event to request names and details of band members – even though all they were doing was playing music in a night club (Brixton Mass). See section 7.3 for a more detailed report.
A demonstration was held outside the US Embassy in Grosvenor Square where, campaigners held banners reading, for example, “Honour the Dead – Tell The Truth”. The group of about 100 people all know the truth about the large and ongoing deception which is being perpetrated by the US and UK governments and the media.
With the latter group of people in mind, the party then moved on to display their message outside the BBC at White City and distribute leaflets and disks.
All of this was ignored by the main news. However, on the evening of Monday 11th, Prof David Ray Griffin appeared with Tim Sparke (Director of Mercury Media) on James Whale’s radio show on Talk Sport. This 2-hour appearance drew an audience of an estimated 1 million listeners and David Ray Griffin discussed many of the main aspects of 9/11 Truth. See section 7.3 for a more detailed report.
Prof Griffin gave his talk at an event organised by Tim Sparke, director of Mercury Media. This event was held for members of the press and other invited guests, as well as a number of UK campaigners. At least 2 journalists were in attendance. MP for Lewes Norman Baker was the only MP in attendance.
They have given us no real reason (apart from saying “editorial decisions”) for not covering the formation of the Scholars’ Group, even though we have had some polite exchanges with BBC News Director, Helen Boaden. As you will see from the brief correspondence in Appendix A, Ms Boaden highlighted a statement that a journalist had “seen the plane hit the pentagon”. We never mentioned the pentagon crash – I was primarily concerned with the events at the WTC and the formation of our Scholars’ Group. Ms Boaden did mention that we could speak to a correspondent called Emily Buchanan, but this was some time ago. She has not yet contacted us and we have tried to contact her, but as yet with no result. Some additional e-mail correspondence with a BBC Reporter, Paul Reynolds, is included in section 9.3.
We have offered to speak to people like Jeremy Paxman or John Humphries, but such is the media cover-up of 9/11 Truth that our position, despite being backed by experienced Scholars and people like Andreas Von Buelow (former German Foreign Minister), is completely ignored – this is unacceptable. We have pointed out that the BBC is in serious breach of its charter on impartiality, but we have not had the resources to pursue this on a legal footing.
Prof David Ray Griffin appeared on the BBC’s Heaven and Earth show on Sunday 10th September to discuss the main points of his recent book Christian Faith and the Truth Behind 9/11. In the 7-minute interview, recorded in Amsterdam with Ed Sturton, Prof Griffin discussed the controlled demolition and total destruction (to pulverised dust) of WTC buildings 1, 2 and 7 – and the footage was shown to illustrate his discussion. This interview was followed by a short panel discussion which included David Shayler, Peter Hitchins and John Irvine, Dean of Coventry. None of the guests were able to offer any specific evidence against anything that David Ray Griffin or David Shayler said. Despite this, again, the main BBC news covered none of this. This is therefore additional documentation of the BBC’s complicity in covering up the real crimes on 9/11.
When Hollywood Actor Charlie Sheen spoke out against the 9/11 Cover Up and, the US media dragged up some of his past history to try and “rubbish” his statements (and the 9/11 Truth movement in general), this doesn’t seem to have worked very well and the result will be that more people are exposed to the issue – and some of them may begin to study it more closely. The BBC ignored the story completely. They, have also chosen to ignore the level of feeling against the Bush Administration - a separate petition (nothing to do with 911 Truth) to have George Bush impeached (for breaking US Constitutional Law) has garnered over 700,000 signatures (www.impeachbush.org ).

One voice
The campaign recognises that there is a diverse range of opinion amongst 9/11 truth campaigners. We aim to unite opinion from Michael Meacher MP to David Icke. The campaign does not endorse any one presentation of the evidence or individual. What we do say is when taken in totality the evidence overwhelmingly supports the need to reopen 9/11. The greatest challenge is lack of public awareness and debate of this evidence and promoting this awareness and debate is our primary purpose.

Your support can be as small as publicly supporting the need to reinvestigate 9/11 Sign our petition.
We seek to work across any political, social or religious divides: for all divisions are artificial and temporary. We seek tolerance, debate and diversity across the movement. We aim to be a welcoming, open and transparent movement that unites rather than divides and works for peace, transparency, disclosure, accountability, justice, reconciliation and truth and global transformation.
We will act respectfully both within and beyond the campaign. We promote only non-violent and legal campaigning and will work for legal justice for any one who, out of conscience, breaks the law in acts of non-violent, civil disobedience or in efforts to uncover the truth or who is disadvantaged at work due to their beliefs.
Hate breeds hate, tolerance breeds tolerance, love breeds love
Who we are and what we do
We are who and what we say we are. We are transparent and can show how we came to be where we are now. We are a loose network of campaigners that has grown up since January 2004. The network continues to grow rapidly. Autonomous local groups and clusters of campaigners have formed organically and work independently from the 'centre'. The 'centre' is a nebulous and undefined group of key campaigners who have been involved in the campaign's growth and continue to manage this website and key events. The 'centre' is currently represented by Ian Crane, Chair and Annie Machon, Secretary.

This will feature an agreed set of articles and links and is still currently under construction and discussion. A number of campaigners felt that the forum-based site is open to too much abuse (see section 8 for more information) and the content is not fixed enough. (See http://www.911truthcampaign.net )
Special mention must be given to our two most dedicated and itinerant campaigners who seem to have no compunction in travelling the length and breadth of the country (and to the USA in Annie Machon’s case) to talk about 9/11 Truth Issues. Most campaigners would agree that without their commitment, energy and the significant personal sacrifices they have both made, the UK Campaign would not be as vibrant nor as advanced as it now seems to be.

Following the introduction of additional measures and laws that effectively limit certain civil liberties, and the release of a new film (called Ludicrous Diversion) about flaws in the official account of the 7/7 Bombings, another Police Mailing was undertaken. This time addressed to Press and PR Officers, rather than Police Chief constables and a letter was included containing updated information about the state of the 9/11 Truth Campaign. (To date, no responses have been received).
This conference was due to focus on one or more of the NIST reports about the fires at the WTC. Therefore, an attempt was made by Ian Neal and Annie Machon to distribute copies of Prof Jones’ Paper Why Indeed Did the WTC Towers Collapse? Unfortunately, organisational difficulties meant only a few copies were delivered by hand, although an additional number were distributed by post by Ian Neal, and another campaigner, following the event.
This was a week of public consultations forums (fora?) chaired by Lord Carlile. One of these was held in the Albert Hall, Nottingham on Friday 7th July (2pm – 4:30pm). The event was “sponsored” by the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB - details here: http://www.mcb.org.uk/features/features.php?ann_id=1517 )
Andrew Johnson tried to deliver a "deposition" (see Appendix A) to read out. He managed to read out about half a page, before he was interrupted by Lord Carlile and then asked what definition of terrorism he was referring to. Andrew replied "State sponsored terrorism". He was then asked to let someone else speak, with the suggestion that my points would be returned to at the end "if there was time". Though he was very keen to get to end of his list, he reluctantly complied with his request. However, the next person who spoke did so in support of what Andrew had managed to say. Andrew was not given another opportunity (nor was he invited) to finish his original list. It was presumed the meeting was scheduled to run 2-4pm as most other people seemed to have finished making points and Lord Carlile wrapped the meeting up at 4. Andrew did not, therefore, seek another opportunity to “finish the list” at the end of the meeting. It was later discovered that the scheduled running time was until 4:30.
However, Lord Carlile was presented with a pack of information, including an audio CD, 2 DVD's and copies of our UK 9/11 Truth petition and the Scholars for 9/11 Truth Petition (printed out on about 80 sheets of paper) totalling over 11,000 signatures. Also a copy of an earlier ST911 press release was included.
Each panel member was given a DVD. After the event, all panellists were e-mailed with a full list of points (as shown in the appendix).
So, here for the record, let it be known that Lord Carlile was publicly presented with evidence of the 9/11 cover up and the list of questions and points, and that he did not allow Andrew Johnson to read to the end of the list of questions and points.
A number of campaigners have paid for duplication of thousands of leaflets – notably members of the London Group, Keith Mothersson and members of the Totnes Group. Another campaigner paid £400 for the production of 20,000 glossy A5 leaflets - to be distributed to any interested people – just before the David Ray Griffin event in September 2006.
Paul Greengrass’s Docudrama United 93 was heavily campaigned against by 9/11 Truth groups (so much so that Universal Pictures had to remove their internet forum for the Movie, as too many people were posting information and facts about things like the demolition of the WTC buildings, which utterly refuted the basis on which this propaganda film was based). Loose Change DVD’s and letters were sent to the managers of all UK Showcase and UCI/Odeon multiplex cinemas to advise them of the unanswered questions surrounding the (apparent) destruction of Flight 93. No responses or replies were received.
Some campaigners distributed a few disks and leaflets following local showings of the film.

The 911 Truth Campaign (Britain & Ireland) will be hosting a presentation by David Ray Griffin, a retired Professor of Theology, which addresses the question “Was 9/11 an inside job?”. According to what was reported on September 11th 2001, terrorists hijacked aircraft and crashed them into World Trade Centre buildings in New York and the Pentagon in Washington DC. A fourth hijacked plane is alleged to have crashed in Pennsylvania, following a struggle between passengers and the hijackers.
It seems strange to some people that anyone should question any of the essential elements of this story, which has been repeated many times over – in print and in other News Media, and is now widely recognized as the beginning of the “War on Terror”. This war on terror is now a basis on which many significant elements of foreign policy, and even domestic laws, have been based.
Even at the time of the attacks, a small group of people openly questioned the story that the media presented to the public. Few people took this skeptical group seriously, perhaps in part because of the shocking nature of the attacks and the significant loss of life that they caused.
In the 5 years since the attacks, however, many issues have been re-examined by a number of people and serious questions have arisen, many of which were raised by 9/11 victims’ families. These questions were not addressed by the 9/11 (Kean) Commission. Despite this, the Commission Report is regarded by many people, including the British Government, to be the most accurate description and explanation of the events immediately before and on 9/11.
The Kean Commission Report has some extremely significant omissions – the main one being the lack of a discussion or analysis of the Collapse of World Trade Centre (WTC) Building 7. This building, supposedly damaged by small fires (which burned for about 10 hours) and, on one side, by debris ejected from WTC 1 and/or 2, collapsed symmetrically, to the ground in 6.6 seconds at about 5:20 pm on Sept 11th.
It is often said that those who want to investigate the unexplained collapse of WTC 7 are “conspiracy theorists” and it seems that it is this very labelling has deterred a great many people from looking at the facts related not only to the collapse of WTC 7, but those related to the collapse of WTC buildings 1 and 2.
Professor David Ray Griffin is one of a small number of people with significant academic credentials who has looked into these disturbing questions. An author of over 20 books on Religion and Theology, Professor Griffin stated in an LA Times article (28 Aug 2005), he “believed the official account for about 18 months” – considering it to be a “blowback theory” – the attacks were simply a result of US foreign policy. Then, when he had analysed a timeline of 9/11 events, which referenced mainstream sources, he became suspicious that the official story was false, in key respects, so he began to research further for himself. In 2004, he published the results of this research in The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions About the Bush Administration and 9/11. In this book (which has a foreword by Michael Meacher, MP) he also posed some questions about the motive for the 9/11 attacks in the context of a document called Rebuilding America’s Defences. This document, which was published by the Project for the New American Century (PNAC), states that PNAC is a project "to promote American global leadership" and it later refers to the threat of a “surprise” attack on America “like a New Pearl Harbour”, which could then afford an opportunity to “transform” America’s defences. Professor Griffin also points out that the official account of the 9/11 attack is itself a conspiracy theory.
Professor Griffin published his second book on 9/11 a few months later. In The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions, Professor Griffin argues that "omissions and distortions" in the report amount to a cover-up by government officials and he concludes that the available evidence suggests that the Bush administration was complicit in the 9/11. This is also strongly indicated by the fact that the Official Account of the collapse of the WTC buildings is not consistent with the Laws of Physics.
In his latest book, Christian Faith and the Truth Behind 9/11: A Call to Reflection and Action (supported by the US Presbyterian Church), Griffin describes how the United States is the world's “chief embodiment of demonic power” and asserts that events such as those on 9/11 are a part of a long history of 'false-flag attacks' - orchestrated by governments against their own people to garner popular support for military action.
Many 9/11 films and materials are copyright free and, as such, have been copied and distributed by Campaign Members – sometimes at cost price, or simply by being given away. Jimmy Walter has distributed over 600,000 DVD’s worldwide. It is difficult to estimate the number that UK Campaigners have distributed, but it is likely to be in the region of between 10,000 and 30,000 (as of Oct 2006). Some campaigners have bought DVD duplication equipment specially for this purpose.
Following the publication of the fake terror plot, in which no credible evidence of any real terrorist plot was ever presented to the public, an e-mailing campaign was undertaken, which resulted in certain campaigners being mentioned in an article entitled It’s all a Government Plot say Internet ‘truth activists’ which was published in The Daily Telegraph - See Appendix C.
One or more campaigners have repeatedly e-mailed a selection of BBC and other contacts (such as the Jeremy Vine current affairs programme) whenever significant stories have broken in the USA - such as Charlie Sheen speaking out, or, for example, when comments were made publicly by Prof Morgan Reynolds. All of these have been completely ignored (even when audio and video links have been provided)
In October 2006, Ian Neal e-mailed a group of engineers/architects inviting them to review Improbable Collapse – a video which re-analyses the official story of the destruction of the WTC Buildings.
In September 2005, Andrew Johnson posted a “challenge” to a Physics Forum for interested people to explain the freefall nature of the collapse of WTC 1 & 2.

This thread ran for 9 months and attracted 14,000 responses. Other people then started separate threads on Science related 9/11 Truth issues. It was interesting to compare some of the style of posting and debating to that on our own UK forum (see section 8.2).
This is not a complete list, but includes those organisations that might be assumed to be very sympathetic to the 9/11 Truth Campaign (being as it is both a “peace” issue and a Human Rights Issue).
Several Campaigners have ties with the Stop the War Group in London, but the leadership refuses to engage fully with the evidence (though a number of members have engaged with it).
As far as the author of this report is aware, out of the others listed, only NO2ID bothered to respond at all.
One campaigner emailed NO2ID a couple of times asking for their opinion on 9/11 and their reply was that they didn't have one. The campaigner tried to point out that the 9/11 issue would blow a hole in the governments plans for ID cards and the National Identity Register but to no avail. The replies received made no mention of 9/11 by name and even the original message was edited down so that 9/11 wasn't mentioned.
Martin Deane, UK Green Party Candidate for Hull at the last general election, has been actively campaigning in his area and trying, as has Justin Walker, to get a UK resolution to support the US Green Party’s call for a new investigation into 9/11. Several more senior green party members are now aware of the issues. The last vote on a resolution failed to pass by 2 votes.
A measure of the increasing political importance of an issue can often be seen by its expression in Pop Music Culture. Independent Artists such as Immortal Technique, Starstika (http://www.starstika.com/beats/911-was-an-inside-job ), Chris Videll, Tijuana (http://www.bbc.co.uk/somerset/content/articles/2006/08/10/tijuana_glastonbury
_290706_feature.shtml ) have all composed and performed songs stating, in one way or another, that 9/11 Was an Inside Job.
It probably isn’t a coincidence that this was published on the 5th Anniversary and probably was an attempt to “torpedo” key campaigners.
David Shayler, Annie Machon and Belinda McKenzie have approached the press complaints commission following the publication of this article. Brendan O’Neill was welcomed into Belinda’s home and presented with evidence in the form of books and DVD’s. His article ignored just about all of this evidence and used – very selectively - comments made by David Shayler to paint the issues in a bad light.

They believe there weren't any planes on 9/11, just missiles wrapped in holograms - and there weren't any London terrorists on 7/7 either. The new-wave conspiracy theorists aren't green-ink types: they're educated; they have secret service connections; they live in Highgate. By Brendan O'Neill
At first sight, David Shayler and Annie Machon's home in Highgate - the leafiest of London's leafy suburbs - looks like a picture of middle-class respectability. There are Japanese landscape paintings on the living-room walls. Shelves groan under the weight of hardback novels and books on politics. An Alsatian with a well-kept, glossy coat looks on curiously as Belinda McKenzie - the grandmotherly landlady of the house - serves tea in china cups with a plate of delicious shortbread biscuits. "Enjoy," she says in a soft, plummy English accent.
Then you notice the curiosities. On the table sits a document about the "controlled demolition" of the twin towers. The shelves hold books titled The 9/11 Commission Report: omissions and distortions and The New Pearl Harbor: disturbing questions about the Bush administration and 9/11. There's a stack of colourful leaflets advertising a club night called Truth 9/11, to take place in Brixton in a week's time, the "11" in "9/11" represented by two tall stereo speakers. DVD’s litter a work desk. One is called 7/7: mind the gap. The cover of another, titled Loose Change, asks: "What if 9/11 were an inside job rather than the work of al-Qaeda . . . ?"
This cluttered house in the heart of respectable, latte-drinking Highgate doubles as the hub of the British and Irish 9/11 Truth Campaign. It's a loose group, founded in January 2004, which suspects precisely that 9/11 was an "inside job", organised and executed by a "shadowy elite" made up of individuals from the FBI, the CIA, the arms industry and politics. Shayler and Machon - the boyfriend-and-girlfriend former spies who famously left MI5 in 1996 after becoming disgruntled - are its leading lights. They've gone from being the Posh and Becks of the whistle-blowing world to something very like the Richard and Judy of the 9/11 conspiracy-theory set.
Sitting on the comfy couch, their cups of tea in hand, they try to convince me that the 11 September 2001 attacks were executed by elements in the west who wanted to launch wars and "make billions upon trillions of dollars".
"We know for certain that the official story of 9/11 isn't true," says Shayler. "The twin towers did not collapse because of planes and fire; they were brought down in a controlled demolition. The Pentagon was most likely hit by an American missile, not an aeroplane." Machon nods. In black trousers and black top, this sophisticated blonde in her late thirties comes across more like a schoolmarm than a 9/11 anorak. "The Pentagon's anti-missile defence system would definitely have picked up and dealt with a commercial airliner. We can only assume that whatever hit the Pentagon was sending a friendly signal. A missile fired by a US military plane would have sent a friendly signal." She says this in a kind of Anna Ford-style newsreader's voice, as if she were speaking the truth and nothing but the truth. She takes another sip of tea.
Say the phrase "conspiracy theorist" (but don't say it to Shayler and Machon if you can help it, because they angrily deny being conspiracy theorists) and most people will think of those nutty militiamen in redneck areas of America who hate Big Government, or of taxi drivers with possibly anti-Semitic leanings in some hot, dusty backwater of the Middle East who revel in telling western clients in particular: "America and the Jew did 9/11." Yet, here in Highgate, I am talking to a man and woman who have worked in the British secret services and who, together with their landlady Belinda, a professional linguist, truly believe that American elements facilitated 9/11 in order to "justify their adventurism in oil-rich countries in the Middle East", in Shayler's words. Here we have a new kind of conspiracy theorist: the chattering conspiracist, respectable, well-read, articulate, but, I regret to report, no less cranky than those rednecks and misguided Kabul cabbies.
The 9/11 Truth Campaign tries to distance itself from the green-ink loons who have been spreading rumours about 9/11 ever since the first plane slammed into the World Trade Centre. "In London we meet socially on the first Monday of every month, and for a discussion on the third Monday of every month," says the ever-chirpy Machon, as if describing a Women's Institute get-together to discuss knitting, rather than a meeting of individuals who think a dark cabal of nutters controls the world. Its activists - many of whom are fairly well-to-do, and who include lecturers, film-makers and other whistle-blowers - pore over footage and photos of the events of 9/11, furiously debate them online, and argue that, scientifically, the official version of events doesn't add up. For Belinda - who describes herself as the "tea-maker and dishwasher of the movement" and allows activists from outside London to stay at her home - this is about "getting to the historical truth of what happened".
Yet, for all their forensic pretensions, their views remain crankily conspiratorial and unfounded. Take the claim that a plane did not hit the Pentagon, which has been doing the rounds since the French journalist Thierry Meyssan published 9/11: the big lie in 2002. "Just look at the news footage," says Shayler. "You won't see any plane debris on the Pentagon lawn."
Truth-seekers on a mission
True, but there was plenty of plane debris inside the Pentagon, where Flight 77 entered and exploded. There are numerous photographs of the blackened belly of the Pentagon crash site, taken by officials of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and other rescue workers, which clearly show airliner wheel hubs, landing gear, part of a nose cone and bits of fuselage in the smouldering rubble (I hate to have to do this, but if you don't believe me take a look here: [http://www.rense.com/general32/phot.htm]). What kind of warrior for historical truth doesn't pay attention to basic photographic evidence?
Or consider the claim that the twin towers were brought down in a controlled demolition (which would have involved sinister individuals planting tonnes of dynamite in the weeks prior to 9/11 without being spotted by any of the good citizens of New York). The US National Institute of Standards and Technology investigated the cause of the collapse - during which "some 200 technical experts reviewed tens of thousands of documents, interviewed more than 1,000 people, reviewed 7,000 segments of video footage and 7,000 photographs [and] analysed 236 pieces of steel" - and it found "no corroborating evidence" that the towers had been toppled by dynamite. There is a lot of scientific evidence there, yet it is ignored or discounted by the apparently scientifically minded truth-seekers of this campaign.
At times, the line between these middle-class campaigners' apparently "scientific investigations" and old-fashioned conspiracy-mongering seems uncomfortably thin. One of their leaflets has a web address for David Icke, the former sports presenter-turned-"Son of God" who thinks the world is run by a race of reptilian humanoids. Shayler says: "There is a Zionist conspiracy; that's a fact. And they were behind 9/11." Machon intervenes diplomatically: "Not everyone in the campaign shares that view."
Then things really go off the rails. I ask Shayler if it's true he has become a "no planer" - that is, someone who believes that no planes at all were involved in the 9/11 atrocity. Machon looks uncomfortable. "Oh, fuck it, I'm just going to say this," he tells her. "Yes, I believe no planes were involved in 9/11." But we all saw with our own eyes the two planes crash into the WTC. "The only explanation is that they were missiles surrounded by holograms made to look like planes," he says. "Watch the footage frame by frame and you will see a cigar-shaped missile hitting the World Trade Centre." He must notice that my jaw has dropped. "I know it sounds weird, but this is what I believe."
The 7/7 photo "forgery"
What about 7/7? Some in the 9/11 Truth Campaign aren't "really into 7/7", in Belinda's words. But Shayler is. He recently finished making 7/7: mind the gap, a film in which he suggests that, given the late running of trains on that fateful day last year, the four bombers could not have blown themselves up in London at the times claimed. He also believes that the closed-circuit TV image of the four men entering Luton Station is a "Photoshop job - a forgery, and a bad one at that". He goes so far as to argue that those who forged the photo did it badly in order to send a signal to the rest of us. "This could be elements in the New World Order saying, 'Look, we're sick of lying. We've had enough.'"
So have I. The thought of behind-the-scenes suits being cajoled by their evil paymasters to create an image of four rucksack-wearing terrorists in order to cover up their own bombing of London is just too ludicrous. These 9/11 truth campaigners merely add a supposedly scientific gloss to already existing conspiracy theories, trying to make the ridiculous seem respectable. In the process, they actually do a disservice to "historical truth". History gets reduced to a mysterious force beyond our control, and politics - real politics - is imagined to be the preserve of unknown, faceless puppet-masters whom we can never hope to influence. And the rest of us are reduced to the status of helpless spectators, searching amid the rubble of 9/11 and the aftermath of 7/7 for signs of truth and meaning.

I read this article with some interest, being as it was about the 9/11 Truth Movement. Many have been watching the media's attempts to give balanced coverage of this most fundamentally disturbing and profound issue.
I have never read a full issue of your magazine, therefore I read the "About" section of your Website, from which I gleaned that the original magazine had
"the aim of permeating the educated and influential classes with socialist ideas. "
Also, there is a quotation from Clifford Sharp
"We did not merely profess to have no political affiliations, we had none. We were soon to discover, however, that a great many people who profess to admire independent political thought are apt to be both puzzled and shocked when they come across it."
It therefore would seem a promising platform from which 9/11 Truth may be discussed in a sober, analytical manner and with a balanced perspective, taking into account well-researched and diverse evidence. This type of approach would seem, to me, to be a pre-requisite for articles which had the goal of "permeating the educated and influential classes."
I was therefore expecting a reasoned mention of:
Unfortunately, your article omitted all of these facts and, because of the number of "domestic details" it included was rather more reminiscent of an article from "Hello" magazine. At this point, it is interesting to note your "high brow" publication being significantly "outdone" in terms of journalistic quality and integrity by an article in a "lower brow" publication - the Daily Mail.

Even better, their article is FREE to look at - yours, on the Website, is not. Your failure to investigate the voluminous facts and evidence which are the basis of what I have said above is clear. The immutable Law of Gravity and the facts of the Physics/Chemistry of burning kerosene/melting steel are blithely swept aside with some casual assumptions about photos of something at the Pentagon and the supposedly unanswerable question of "how could the demolition explosives have been planted".
It is quite tiresome to read articles where our names are mentioned in close proximity to phrases like "green-ink loons" and "crankily conspiratorial". However, it isn't as tiresome as it could be, because the simple evidence of the freefall of the WTC proves that the official story is false, and such references in articles can therefore be shown to be "psychological decoys" designed to deflect the reader from looking at the evidence themselves. Those who support the Official Conspiracy Theory of 9/11 must reject the law of gravity as a "conspiracy theory". Perhaps if they continue to do so, they will all float away into space, with a look of utter confusion on their faces.
Those of us who know basic the truth about 9/11 (that it was an Inside Job which had little if anything to do with Al Qaida) are, once the irritation has died down, encouraged by the mainstream media's attempts to ridicule us (as I was ridiculed in the UK Daily Telegraph some weeks ago). It means we are "making progress".
I therefore say the same to you and Brendan O'Neill as I did to Susan Harris of The Independent - perhaps it is now time to "stand up and be counted" - the mainstream media is now at a juncture where people may reject you, and what you are standing for, as your establishments, either through your action or inaction, now fail us in the same way as those politicians, that you are often so fond of vilifying, do. Make no mistake - this issue should be on the front pages of ALL the newspapers, but the fact that it is not strongly indicates that the media are gatekeepers of the truth about the real crimes of 9/11. To test this if my analysis is correct, I also make you the same offer I made to the Guardian Newspaper - I will write an article for you, free, for you to publish in whatever medium you choose - and it will be copyright free. Give me a word count. Funny, no one's yet taken me up on this offer.
If you wish to hear a Professor of Theology speak with authority on the 9/11 Cover-up, its history and what it might mean for future global geo-politics, you could do worse than send a representative to our event, details of which are described in the Press Release below. He hasn't got a "plum English accent" though (I don't know why I even mentioned that actually, as it has no relevance to any real issues).
As a closing comment, I myself am not influential, nor do I want to be - but I do consider myself to be educated (and hope that I have presented ample evidence here to back up this statement - or "claim" in journospeak), and it is one of my goals in life to offer information to others in that they may become educated too.

I got the train down from Derby to London and arrived just before 10am. I met Belinda and Penny at Belinda's house in Highgate and then we made our way down to Parliament Square. Due to a busy underground, I got separated from Belinda and so ended up at Embankment and had to walk half a mile back up to meet them in Parliament Square (trying to ring 3 people resulted in no response from any of them, so I had to hunt for them!). But after a short search, I found Belinda, Kenny, Colin, Keith, Neil, Ian N and Nick K.
Keith's fantastic 911 banner was unfurled in the centre of Parliament Square and we got some attention.
I was talking to one American woman who totally supported the official story and we did not seem to make much on an impression, but it was a civilised debate nevertheless. We talked to another couple of people who were a bit more receptive and they took a disk. One guy I talked to was interested in what we were saying about 7-7 and he had already seen "Power of Nightmares" and so seemed to connect the dots when I showed him the "bombs under the train" accounts of Bruce Lait - and others - in my folder.
We then had to "queue" for the start of the March and it didn't start moving until about 1:30pm (it was supposed to start at 12). With Brigit and Ant and 2 teenage girls (whom I did not get the names of) we held Keith's 7-7 Banner ("Who Really Bombed London? - Release the 7-7 Evidence"). The March was slow to start and it was quite cold. I was glad I had brought some provisions! Another lady, Frankie, also joined us and helped carry the banner and she did a sterling job distributing leaflets.
The march took us out of Parliament square and (not surprisingly) away from Whitehall and Buckingham Palace (round the back of St Jame's Park). We walked up Piccadilly and then into Trafalgar Square. This was a distance of about 3 miles. The weather was kind to us, apart from the cold. The atmosphere of the demonstration was peaceful, but very assertive of dissent, with some chanting of slogans.
Things slowed down again as we got near Trafalgar Square. There was quite a large crowd in Trafalgar Square (though not as big as I had expected). We got there about 3:30 and speeches from a podium had been underway for some time. Fortunately, I was able to catch Ben Griffin's speech (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYDdj8BtRcs ). Apologies for rubbish camera work, but there were people waving banners in front of me and I was tired, having walked a total of about 5 miles, 3 of those helping to carry the banner.
Belinda, Steve, Kenny and others had already set up a stall in Trafalgar square, from where we distributed books, DVD's and leaflets. I spoke to a few people and I was surprised in that several people I spoke to had already either seen Loose Change or something similar, or were at least partly aware of the 9-11 Truth Movement. I encouraged those people to join us on the UK forum.
I got speaking to one chap who was homeless and I gave him a booklet that I had printed (from www.tyrannyalert.com). This was a very good conversation as he could immediately grasp what I was saying and could see how ridiculous the Official Story was, once I had pointed out a few facts to him. I asked him to share the information with others.
We had to pack up about 4:30 - there was quite a lot to carry back - bags of DVD's, leaflets and books. I was quite cold and tired, so Belinda, Penny and me headed back to Belinda's house.
Overall, it was a very good day - Neil did some awesome work and distributed 148 disks. He was also stopped by the police and searched!. I caught the train back to Derby at about 8:30 and got home just after 11pm. Total walking for the day - probably about 8 miles!!!
I saw no obvious media coverage of the event and could find nothing on the BBC Website this morning (Sun 19th) when I looked. I did find this report on ITV's website.

We decided we would try and speak with him and offer him a copy of David Ray Griffin's Book (New Pearl Harbor). We agreed to meet on Tuesday 15th Aug at 5pm at York Train Station, which we did.
Over a drink and a bite to eat, we discussed the latest developments in the movement and a possible strategy of approach to His Grace, and checked through the information we intended to give him. I had made a couple of DVD's - one with 3 talks by Professor Griffin and the other was the ST911 DVD I made, featuring Prof Jones and Kevin Ryan's lectures. I also included a 1 page synopsis of David Ray Griffin's new book "Christian Faith and the Truth behind 9/11: A Call to Reflection and Action". I also included a printed copy of Prof Steve Jones’ paper.
We headed over to the Minster, arriving just before it was closing!! We found His Grace in one of the "side chapels" and the tent seen in the picture above was still there. Some people were talking to him and we kind of waited in the queue (short).
Justin then stepped forward and was met by a lady called Emma Loveridge, who was the Archbishop's PA. Justin tried earnestly for a few minutes to persuade her to let us speak with the Archbishop and discuss the information we had brought. Ms Loveridge insisted that His Grace was on a Prayer Vigil and would "not discuss business" at this time, but that we could possibly arrange something through the office for another time (or words to that effect). Justin repeated his appeal several times, but the same response was forthcoming. We explained that we had travelled some distance to meet with him, but this didn't have much effect. Once we had briefly described the nature of the information, she suggested we should contact the Foreign Office - we told her that (essentially) we had already done so.
She said that she would take the information we were offering and asked if there was a 1 page synopsis (there was).
I then asked Ms Loveridge if we could just speak with her and I then proceeded to describe some of the main points of evidence, such as the destruction of WTC7, and I mentioned the existence of ST911 and the fact that, once analysed, this evidence was extremely important to the Peace Process. I mentioned that we can now prove the BBC is covering up this information, because of the correspondence we have had with BBC News Director Helen Boaden.
I gave her the envelope and we urged her to review the information herself and asked that she would pass it on to His Grace at the appropriate time (now?!!?).
At that point, the Archbishop walked past us and we turned to thank him and shake his hand. Justin and I both managed to do this, but respecting what we had been asked by Emma Loveridge, this was all we said to him.
We were then advised the Minster was closing, so we had to leave. The whole exchange probably lasted less than 5 minutes.
Whilst the experience was rather frustrating, it was clear that Ms Loveridge was doing what she was supposed to do. Also, she was open to us and agreed to look at what we presented.
Justin was quite frustrated that he hadn't managed to speak with His Grace directly, but I suggested that the event had unfolded exactly as it was meant to - especially because we only just got there in time.
Thanks to Justin for the initiative - I wouldn't have had the courage to do this alone.

What follows is a report of last weekends 9/11 truth weekend in London, UK.
Kicking off on Saturday 9/9 2006, David Ray Griffin, author of ‘The New Pearl Harbour’ and ex MI5 whistleblower David Shayler spoke to 500-600 members of the public, activists and journalists in Conway Hall, London.
Shayler explained who he was and why he was there, explaining his own personal questions over the events of 9/11. My personal opinion is that Shayler was completely on the ball with his research, even though I personally think the Pentagon could be a straw man (sorry folks, I’m still on the fence with this one and I believe we should take great caution when dealing with this area), Shayler made his points very clear and concise and supporting evidence for this theory. The man has a natural gift for public speaking and is able to draw the listener in with seemingly great ease.
David Ray Griffin took to the stage and delivered another excellent talk, as it happens he is also a very funny man who knows how to make otherwise very scary points in a humorous way.
I agree the Pentagon strike, voice morphing techniques and holograms need to be discussed, but perhaps not in front of the mainstream media.

This now gives us a lot more credibility, and offers a great opportunity for the movement to approach organisations which may not have looked into the truth of 9/11.
Sunday Morning
Sunday began with the 9/11 truth conference in Brixton. This was probably my favourite event of the weekend in which some of the hardest working campaigners held a series of workshops. Let me point out that I did not catch all the workshops and talks as I was around Brixton handing out leaflets and talking to people about the event for part of the day. The ones I feel are noteworthy were:
Andrew Johnson, who spoke about political Activism and approaching members of Parliament. Andrew has done extensive work in this area and displayed his efforts and results for us, some of which has been both positive and negative. Andrew spoke to us all as equals and welcomed questions without the all too common sneers and sarcastic comments from speakers seeking to take the spotlight.
Justin Walker also had a few words to say about his role in the movement, he has been incredibly active over the past couple of years, contacting MPs throughout the country. I once accompanied Justin to talk to his local MP, and I’ve seen the response this method can achieve, which is to say not a great deal in the immediate future, due to the nature of our political system. However these steps must be taken and those who are willing to go through the frustration of dealing with people, who don’t want to know, deserve all the support and encouragement we can muster.
I personally feel something from James Stewart of Financial Outrage would have made a nice addition to this, as he’s spent a lot of time, money and energy sending DVD’s to every Member of Parliament.
Tony Gosling then spoke about making contact with local and mainstream media. Tony has worked for the BBC for a number of years and is knowledgably of their inner workings. He told us of his experiences at the BBC and his advice is extremely valuable and inspiring. He spoke about writing a press release, phoning radio shows and made suggestions that the best time to call in to talk shows are at night. Talksports springs to mind, if you can get through. Although local radio would probably love controversial topics to get the shows moving.
Another speaker who I felt was on the right level was Ian Neal from the London group who gave a brief history of the movement. Ian came across as someone who deeply cares about the lies we are being fed by our government and mainstream media. He explained how the London group formed and how the movement as a whole is currently taking shape.
It was unfortunate that Simon Aronowitz was not present, as noted by Ian. In my opinion Simon is responsible for getting the 9/11 truth ball rolling in this country and has contributed massively to the cause. Simon started the 9/11 truth radio site http://www.911truthradio.com/ and also helped organise the Jimmy Walter 9/11 truth tour in 2005.
I should point out it was made perfectly clear that there is no real central body governing the actions of the movement, instead it is made up of people and groups throughout the country working independently.
It was also stated that nobody tells anybody what to do, I’ll return to this later on when I write about the protest on Monday.
Sunday Night
After nipping out to hand out leaflets in Brixton for the musical bonanza that night, I returned to the venue where Shayler was speaking about holograms, just before the first act.
I try my best to respect everyone’s opinion; however I cannot understand why Shayler is using his influence to promote a theory which damages the movement by giving an easy target of ridicule to the mainstream media and can potentially drive people away.
Now, it is clear David Shayler is passionate and wants to expose the truth, but I cannot agree that this is the way to do it. We already have enough evidence.
Next several fantastic musicians with a great message preformed, one after the other playing maybe a couple of songs each.
On the projector screen in the background clips of the Twin Towers demolition were being played, news clips and analysis of all the attacks of 9/11.
I thoroughly enjoyed Sunday night, the beer was very expensive, but that’s London I suppose.

The afternoon went ahead with no trouble or problems, apart that the protest was in the wrong place for us to see the families of the victims or for them to see us.
Protesters were instructed by Annie Machon and David Shayler that this was to be a silent protest and told the sheeple to put down banners, posters etc when the families came out.
It was obvious the protesters were feeling emotional, and I believe they should have been allowed to express this in any non violent way they choose, having been told a day earlier that nobody controls anybody in the movement.
Then flowers were laid around a tree to remember the dead. A great lie has been told to the world, one which resulted in the loss of thousands of lives on that day, illegal wars which claim thousands of victims every month, loss of our personal freedoms, media manipulation, and massive financial and political gains for those responsible.
I urge anybody who has not yet seen the truth to simply look at the facts as they are there if you just take the time to read them. This is no “theory”, this is no “fantasy” and it not “paranoia”.
We are living in a dictatorship.
The rest of the world knows it and our media has been afraid to report it.

The weekend was a massive success drawing new people to the movement, showing that peaceful Activism does work and it was organised superbly. I take my hat off to all those involved and all those who attended. It was a truly remarkable few days of positive, pro-active and peaceful Activism.
On deeper reflection I can only report what I experienced. My picture wasn’t on the internet before the weekend began and I did not use the event to promote RINF.COM, which allowed me to talk with people who might have otherwise been a bit nicer, had they known I was reporting on the site. My job is to get the full picture, and report it - as it is, and I make no apology if I offend.
Massive steps have been taken and our campaign has been strengthened, we are in a great position to take things further. However ego is rife and I get the distinct impression a few hard working activists have been left feeling sidelined. I also spoke to a couple of people who were confused as for a campaign which needs the support of the people, made new comers feel stupid for asking questions.
Do not let the dazzle of the media spotlight blind us from our main objective, which is to conduct an independent inquiry into the true events of 9/11.

When you guys have time, do read the report of the London Truth weekend which Mick has written and posted on our own Cumbria link from his web site. He is a magic man with a heart full of gentleness and love and he blows me away totally!!
In fact if I can add a couple of gems from my own perspective :-
As Steve, Justin and I (members of Cumbria 9/11 Truth Group) plus Mark (member of Blackpool group ) were staying at the house where David Shayler and Annie actually live in Highgate, (courtesy of a lovely lady called Belinda,) along with about 20 other peace activists from all over the country, I had the opportunity of watching the two TV channels which featured programmes actually broadcasting 9/11 truths!! This is the first time this has ever happened and David Ray Griffin, David Shayler, Annie and Ian Crane (our UK chairman) were given the opportunity to have their say which they certainly did in a grand style.
Our faces were glued to the ‘Heaven and Earth Show’ at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning and again on Monday when Islamic Channel featured a long programme re 9/11. We were ecstatic!! I am only sorry that as we were travelling home, we missed the evening presentation on Islamic channel, when an interview with the janitor of the Trade Centre Towers was screened. I have heard Willie Rodriquez give his passionate speech live in Manchester last June and can honestly say that this was one of the most impressive presentation that I have ever heard, as he certainly wasn’t an academic and he spoke directly from his heart.
