Some people want to enjoy their intimacy of their life but one of the ways is to consume birth control pills. However, people believe that taking birth control pills will help to control acne. How far is this true? Women sure will think about this statement as if ‘killing two birds with one stone’ and fear of side effects surely comes into the mind.

Back in history, in 1997, Us Food and Drug Administration or FDA approved low dosage of birth control pills to treat acne patients. SO to those teenagers who are more prone to acne, birth control pills are the answer they are seeking. Dermatologist will recommend different kinds of creams, antibiotics and other medication but even birth control pills. Birth control pills can stabilize fluctuating hormone level in the person’s body which causes acne. Thus, the usage of birth control pills is not only what it seems on the surface.

Acne usually develops at the teen period of our life and this is when our hormone levels begin to fluctuate. At this moment, our glands which are located under our skin near the hair follicle will begin to produce oils. Combination of oil and dead skin cells will form acne that is trapped in our skin pores.

Birth control pills are prescribed for mild to severe acne if other medications fail to do its part. Hormone that contained in birth control pills prevents can from forming on our skin. Most of the birth control pills work the same thus any of those pills will work the same way but the effectiveness of these pills will be quite long. It will take from several weeks to months for the effect to be obvious.

The decision making of taking birth control pills is very subjective to personal and also medical point of view. Thus, before making decision, get the facts right of the pro’s and con’s before proceeding. This may be important as some people might develop allergies to the medication or the sight effect of it. The side effects are vaginal bleeding, fluid retention, melasma and depression. However, the pills side effects not only stop at there, it also has some relations to heart attacks, strokes, blood clots and breast cancer. Smokers should stay away from birth control pills as the risk is higher to contract cancer. Some women who stopped taking birth pills after some time find it even worse than before.

Combinations of estrogen and progestin hormones are very common in most birth control pills. For those pills which contain estrogen and progestin hormones with high contain of androgen, which is a male hormone will make our acne worse.

In conclusion, be wise when making decision to take birth control pills as acne treatment and there are other alternatives to enjoy sex instate of taking birth control pills.

    Way back in 1983 I had my first encounter with a real human brain. After a year of dissecting a formalin-preserved body in second year anatomy, our class was treated to a morning of fresh brains to slice up.

    Multiple layers and folds of a soft rubbery grey blob lay ready for scrutiny. This brain did not look particularly beautiful, lying splayed out on a table.

    The power of the human mind is immense, the wonder of this structure is beyond measure and I have to admit that I finally have come to acknowledge that the mind is indeed beautiful.

    Your brains control the entire physical functioning of your body; it has the capacity to reason, to think, to feel and to create. We may speak of the power and wonder of the human mind, but its beauty is so apparent when we begin to delve into its mystery.

    Notwithstanding the accomplishments of modern science, there is an enormous amount that we as yet do not understand and I will not even attempt to delve into this vast realm.

    Rather, let me share with you what we are capable of accomplishing with this powerhouse, other than exercising it with thoughts on how stressed, underpaid, overweight, unappreciated, overwhelmed and tired we are.

    Your thoughts, desires, likes, dislikes, fears, judgments, prejudices, hopes and aspirations (all going on in your headspace) make up your worldview. The importance of these perceptions is that they not only affect your mind but also your body. They become encoded into your physical self. Every time you have a thought, a chemical messenger in the form of a nerve protein (neuropeptide) is produced. When your thoughts are critical, angry, judgmental and bitter, the nerve protein produced actually depresses your immune system. When your thoughts are loving, empowering and positive, the neuropeptide produced has the capacity to boost immunity, in turn activating healing and wellbeing.

    This has allowed us to understand why chronically depressed people are four times more likely to become seriously ill, or why following retirement the incidence of cancer or a sudden heart attack quadruples in men.

    The mental state (what goes on in that rubbery grey blob) gets converted into chemicals that can either heal or destroy the body. The reality is that the mind and body are not separate entities, but one complete design. Viewed through the lens of 21st century science, your thought patterns and emotions affect your body as clearly as obesity and physical fitness. The brain is the source of these states and is the gateway to all the organs of the body.

    The real complaints and maladies of our ‘age’, including fatigue, exhaustion, and depression often caused by huge overload and stress, are really intense symptoms of the mind-body channel. Yes, there are many physical illnesses and conditions that may have nothing to do with the mind, but how your mind processes the experience can worsen or help heal the condition. This does not mean you can control your 80 000 thoughts a day – that’s impossible. Nevertheless, you are able to transform some of the ramblings of your mind.

    By utilizing a simple technique to quiet what I call the F-ing state (fast, furious, frazzled, frenetic, frenzy), you can begin to achieve not only peace of mind but also a robust body. In fact, it is also the basis of sexual fantasy and you can use it to enhance your libido. Haven’t you heard that joke, what is a woman’s most erotic zone? It’s true, you do process the sexual experience, very powerfully, through your mind.

    These are some of the reasons to learn a technique in the field of reflective technology. It does not have to be a complicated process. Simple breathing exercises, visualizations, yoga, Tai Chi and especially transcendental or mindfulness meditation. One can even use programs such as biofeedback (a technique using signals from your own body) or what is called autogenic meditation (similar to self-hypnosis – learning to put oneself into a relaxed state). These techniques are designed to induce relaxation, release muscle tension, clear your mind and enhance your body’s healing potential.

    So continue to use that grey blob for work and creative endeavors, but choose to fill it too with refreshing, inspiring, stimulating and beautiful thoughts.

    Like anything we do in life, careful planning can insure a successful outcome.

    Sexual activity can be spontaneous, to rigidly planned, but whatever case it is presented, if the man is prepared (by careful planning and preparation), he can insure a successful outcome. Here then follows some good advice for any sexually active man.

    Tip #1 Variety is the Spice of Life (and sex)

    If your sexual life is routine, the real allure of it wears off quicker than most people would imagine.

    Find new positions, and practice them in your mind, or see drawings or instructive videos describing those positions. Have a repertoire of at least 12 sexual positions and known when to use each one and for what reason.

    We are not really speaking about Kama Sutra stuff here, just 3 variations on the 4 basic positions; that is woman on her back (missionary), woman on top, sitting poses and standing poses. 3 variations of each of these brings you the 12 your need in your sexual repertory.

    Once learned, use them, and often.

    Tip #2 Be Original

    Being original in sexual relations has only positive benefits.

    If you copy someone, or some film, or magazine, you can run into great problems, as firms use tricks to make their scene, just as photographers today use Photoshop to enhance the model’s image.

    You must be original and not copy, or compare yourself to some stud guys made even more enhanced that they already are. Be yourself. Do not copy, and be as original as you can.

    Tip #3 Your Normal Penis is Fine

    It seems that with the advent of the porno film, showing guys with large penises have come into fashion. Nothing is further from the truth.

    If you look at any ancient statue of a male (including the God Zeus), you will see a rather normal penis. Michelangelo’s David has even a small penis.

    Why?

    In all classical time, large penises were representation of the beastly features. Only beasts have large penises and anyway, a woman’s g-spot is about 6 cm from the vaginal opening.

    Almost every man’s penis is larger than that. Learn how to work your penis, where to put it, and how to thrust…and you will be very much in control.

    Tip #4 – You are a Man, So Be One

    Nothing wrong with you being masculine; just don’t hurt the lady during the sexual act. You can be forceful but not brutal.

    Do you squeeze so hard, or pinch so hard as to cause pain. If your hands are anywhere near a lady’s genitals, be very careful how you touch. You can be strong but not to cause pain.

    As men are usually larger than women, the man has a lot of weight to support. Putting some of it on the lady is always a good idea if she appreciates it.

    Do no squash her, but rest some of your weight (depending on the sexual position used) on her. The rest of you can be supported with your hands and arms and legs.

    Holding a lady tight during the sexual act can be a great turn-on for her.

    Learn how to do it. It’s like learning how to shake a lady’s hand (if she gives it).

    You do not crush it, and nor should you crush the lady when you are on top of her.

    Be masculine but be careful too.

    Tip#5 – Always be Active

    Some guys think that being passive is a good thing in sex.

    They would not think so if they were a girl or lady.

    The woman needs to feel the man’s force. It is the greatest of aphrodisiacs for the woman, and if she misses feeling it, she perhaps will not (ever) orgasm during the sexual act.

    If the lady is on top, thrust with her, and repel as she thrusts. The effect is wonderful and the lady will really appreciate the man who can do it.

    but by who?

    Mind Control is not currently possible because of the adaptive way the brain develops. When a person thinks of something, it will activate certain neural pathways in his or her mind. But the exact neural pathways are unique to the individual. Suppose I told you to think of a butterfly, and I had a device to measure which of your neurons activated when you thought of it. Perhaps if I later electronically stimulated those neurons, you might think of a butterfly involuntarily. However, if I activated those same neurons in someone else, it would not cause them to think of a butterfly.

    So for a mind control device to work, it would have to be extensively (voluntarily) trained on a person, and then the device would only work on that person.

    The first application we would see of such a technology would more likely be the other way around: using the mind to control other devices. This would be analogous to training a voice recognition program, only the device would recognize the electrical pattern of certain thoughts. But again, this kind of device would have to be trained specifically for each person.

  • This question is highly metaphysical and probably unanswerable but I’m trying to exercise control over my mind and body. I want to be able to enter a meditative state or something of the sort where I can relax and focus at the same time but I’m not sure how. Any tips, suggestions?

    There is conditioning- basically you award some behaviour, and punish unfavourable behavour
    brain probes- by electracuting certain parts of the brain, you can physically move a body (or cause them not to move)- see brain pace maker =P

    Secret #3 Only some people can be hypnotised and I’m not one of them

    Secret #11 The tone of someone voice can give off different things, if soothing then yes, I think it can be used for assurance but nobody can control my mind

    Secret #23 Can’t be done, although the power of suggestion can definitely alter ones conscious train of thought.

    Remember this also, that most shopping centres that play music are also sending out subliminal messages to customers about not stealing or buy more products etc., can also only affect those that can be suggestional :)
