Sexual control is about the man being in control.
He can and should be in control of himself, but also, he can be in control of the sexual act itself.
This is what part 1 of Sexual Control – A Man’s Guide is about.
Like anything we do in life, careful planning can insure a successful outcome.
Sexual activity can be spontaneous, to rigidly planned, but whatever case it is presented, if the man is prepared (by careful planning and preparation), he can insure a successful outcome. Here then follows some good advice for any sexually active man.
Tip #1 Variety is the Spice of Life (and sex)
If your sexual life is routine, the real allure of it wears off quicker than most people would imagine.
Find new positions, and practice them in your mind, or see drawings or instructive videos describing those positions. Have a repertoire of at least 12 sexual positions and known when to use each one and for what reason.
We are not really speaking about Kama Sutra stuff here, just 3 variations on the 4 basic positions; that is woman on her back (missionary), woman on top, sitting poses and standing poses. 3 variations of each of these brings you the 12 your need in your sexual repertory.
Once learned, use them, and often.
Tip #2 Be Original
Being original in sexual relations has only positive benefits.
If you copy someone, or some film, or magazine, you can run into great problems, as firms use tricks to make their scene, just as photographers today use Photoshop to enhance the model’s image.
You must be original and not copy, or compare yourself to some stud guys made even more enhanced that they already are. Be yourself. Do not copy, and be as original as you can.
Tip #3 Your Normal Penis is Fine
It seems that with the advent of the porno film, showing guys with large penises have come into fashion. Nothing is further from the truth.
If you look at any ancient statue of a male (including the God Zeus), you will see a rather normal penis. Michelangelo’s David has even a small penis.
Why?
In all classical time, large penises were representation of the beastly features. Only beasts have large penises and anyway, a woman’s g-spot is about 6 cm from the vaginal opening.
Almost every man’s penis is larger than that. Learn how to work your penis, where to put it, and how to thrust…and you will be very much in control.
Tip #4 – You are a Man, So Be One
Nothing wrong with you being masculine; just don’t hurt the lady during the sexual act. You can be forceful but not brutal.
Do you squeeze so hard, or pinch so hard as to cause pain. If your hands are anywhere near a lady’s genitals, be very careful how you touch. You can be strong but not to cause pain.
As men are usually larger than women, the man has a lot of weight to support. Putting some of it on the lady is always a good idea if she appreciates it.
Do no squash her, but rest some of your weight (depending on the sexual position used) on her. The rest of you can be supported with your hands and arms and legs.
Holding a lady tight during the sexual act can be a great turn-on for her.
Learn how to do it. It’s like learning how to shake a lady’s hand (if she gives it).
You do not crush it, and nor should you crush the lady when you are on top of her.
Be masculine but be careful too.
Tip#5 – Always be Active
Some guys think that being passive is a good thing in sex.
They would not think so if they were a girl or lady.
The woman needs to feel the man’s force. It is the greatest of aphrodisiacs for the woman, and if she misses feeling it, she perhaps will not (ever) orgasm during the sexual act.
If the lady is on top, thrust with her, and repel as she thrusts. The effect is wonderful and the lady will really appreciate the man who can do it.

Some mind control weapons are based on the electromagnetic signaling system of the brain and nervous system, while some weapons are known to be based on the biological effects of electromagnetic radiation at the cellular level. Therefore, the related cold war story of the development of electromagnetic radiation (emr) weapons is important to the history of mind control weapons. Mind control weapon research is more secret than the Manhattan Project, the project to develop the atomic bomb, and information is hard to find.1 But as revealed in UN documents, weapons experts papers, and scientific journals, a classified emr arms race between Russia and the US became public knowledge with the momentous event of the breakup of the Soviet Union in 1989.2 Given this fascinating and rarely-reported history, claims of nonconsensual Mind Control experiments become plausible.
Some cover stories for mind control weapons have been maintained by the US government for almost fifty years and are now obsolete. One cover story was the US policy for emr health exposure limits, based on the theory that emr has no provable health effects, only the effects from heating. But with the breakup of the Soviet Union, the military flip-flopped, threw out this fifty-year scientific fallacy, and in 1997 revealed US military funding for the development of “new” weapons based on the biological effects of emr. A second cover story is that sophisticated mind control is not possible today: it is still science fiction. Three recent newspaper articles on fighting terrorism challenges this myth and expose the defense industry’s flip-flop attempts to perpetuate it.
As will be shown, human rights experts and top political figures make comparisons of emr weapons to the atomic bomb, the most powerful weapons on earth. Freedom of thought can be obliterated with emr weapons’ attack on the brain in addition to the body. Because emr weapons are silent, undetectable, and leave no trace, some experts say WWW III could be fought and won without a trace.

Some electromagnetic radiation weapons work on the theory that the mind and nervous system communicate with electrical, magnetic, and emr signals. One theory is based on the development and technology of electromagnetic brain signals and the organization of the central nervous system. Signals from outside sources can mimic, block, or alter the mind and body’s own signals. Louis Slesin, editor of the trade journal Microwave News, provided a rudimentary example of this process in a 1997 US News and World Report article entitled “Wonder Weapons”:

In addition, emr weapons are based on a theory that emr can cause biological effects at the cellular level, rather than within the nervous system. In any discussion about the science of emr weapons, it is important to know that the thermal effects of emr are limited to those biological effects caused only by heating, as in warming food in a microwave oven.

I read one time that stress is the result of losing control, and I really believe it.
Think about the times you’ve been the most frustrated. Maybe it was when your boss failed to see the brilliance of an idea you had or when you weren’t recognized for your contribution. Your boss was in charge and had the final say, and there was nothing you could do about it.
Maybe it was when you and a family member or loved one had a disagreement. No matter what you said, you couldn’t change their mind or make them see it from your perspective.
Or maybe it was in a legal situation where you had to appear in court or pay a fine. Again, the government had control over your actions and there was nothing you could do about it. The IRS causes millions of people stress every year!
Finally, if you’ve ever felt unsafe, then you know firsthand the stress caused by feeling powerless.
Whenever another person is in a position to make a decision without your approval, stress will naturally occur. And while you’ll want to treat your loved ones with respect, and pay your taxes, you don’t have to settle for having a stressful work life.
For example, why should you have to ask permission to take time off? You are an adult, and you can make your own decisions. If you have a great idea, why should you have to ask for permission to pursue it? You believe in your idea, and that is all that matters.
Part of becoming successful is taking control of your life. Most people are like a leaf blowing in the wind; they are totally at the mercy of the forces around them. They spend their life reacting to the events around them, avoiding pain wherever possible.
Successful people, on the other hand, don’t react to events around them. They create the events in their life that they want. Instead of moving away from pain, they move toward what they want.
They are in control of their work life, because they went to work for themselves! They started their own business, and became their own boss. This is the secret to taking control of your work life.
The beauty of owning your own business is that it is all up to you. Whether the business succeeds or fails is entirely in your hands. You get all the credit, or all the blame, but at least it is up to you. The alternative is luck. If the forces around you see fit to bring fortune right into your lap, so be it. But for most this will never happen. If you want something, it’s up to you to go out an get it.
Don’t react to events, create them.
Don’t move away from what you don’t want, move toward what you do want.
Take control of your work life, and you’ll one step closer to a stress free life of fulfillment.

Today there is a lot of emphasis on fertility and how to improve a couple’s chances of conceiving a baby. But what about that percentage of the population that doesn’t want a child? Maybe you are a woman, who has tried things like The Pill (oral contraceptives), or barrier methods, or any number of contraceptives on the market and find that they do not agree with you or your lifestyle. Maybe you are a young couple that is not quite ready for having tubes tied or snipped because later on you might change your mind and want a child. It is a difficult decision to make, yet you are smart enough to know that a child at this point in your life is not the right thing to do.
Natural birth control might be an option, but remember, nothing is failsafe and you need to do your research and talk to professionals before you embark on this decision. Many natural ways of dealing with contraception are popular, and they do work, but they take a lot of time and vigilance to make them work the way they should. Unless you practice your method of choice consistently, chances are you will end up pregnant.
Ideally, natural methods of birth control are best undertaken by couples in long-term relationships and require the participation of both partners, and none of the techniques available offer protection against sexually transmitted diseases.
Practicing natural birth control can have several benefits. To start with, women gain a better understanding of how their bodies work. You learn what your cycles are and why your body is doing certain things at certain times over the course of the month. Natural birth control has no side effects. You are not ingesting any medications that alter your body’s natural chemistry and forcing your body to do something against the grain.
These natural techniques are also inexpensive and don’t require a prescription month after month. Because both partners are involved in the process, the responsibility of natural birth control does not fall on one person or the other and can encourage bonding. Moreover, should you decide that you do want a child; you can use these methods to conceive.
Here are the most popular methods of natural birth control:
Standard Days Method (SDM): This method is fairly new and was developed by the Institute for Reproductive Health at Georgetown University School of Medicine. The concept is simple; keep track of how long your menstrual cycle is and then during your most fertile part of the month (which is days 8 – 19) you abstain from sex. This method when followed to the letter is 95% effective.
Ovulation Method: This concept revolves around the consistency of cervical mucus. Researchers have found that the cervix is also affected by monthly changes and will have little to no mucus at the end of a woman’s period. As the cycle begins again, the cervix will be preparing for the possibility of fertilization and become thicker. When the body nears ovulation, the cervical mucus becomes thinner and stickier until the time of ovulation. At this point, the mucus will be clear and slippery, creating an ideal environment for sperm. On its own, this method is not as reliable as other methods and a back up method (such as condoms or the sponge) is recommended.
Rhythm/Calendar Method: This particular method is probably the least reliable of the methods available for natural birth control. For a couple to use this, the woman has to count back 14 days from the first day of her period to figure out when she would have ovulated. The problem is, ovulation occurs at different times for each woman, not all women fall into a nice, neat category of 14 days, especially if a woman has irregular periods.
Sympto-thermal Method: For this method you are going to have to take your temperature each morning before you get out of bed. There will be no getting up and puttering around the house first (or anything else for that matter). Before you even throw back those covers, you have to take your temperature and start charting it. Your temperature will fluctuate each day, generally staying in the 97.2F to 97.4F range. What you are looking for is a sudden spike in those numbers, often a full degree above 98F. This rise in temperature will indicate ovulation. Used correctly, and perfectly, the Sympto-thermal method can be 99% accurate.
These are only a handful of methods available. Do your research and talk to your doctor to decide which one is best for you and your partner.

Have you ever wondered why your mind always seem to be more active at night? Well actually it’s not, but because you’re trying to relax you are more aware of it.
During the day our minds are taken up with our day to day activities but as soon as we lie down at night, our minds seem to come alive. One thought follows another and another and soon you are worrying about everything, including the fact that it’s 2.30 am and we’re still not asleep!
How can we stop negative thoughts from intruding on our sleep?
Unfortunately it’s easy to become negative in our thinking. The mind tends to go into problem solving mode at the end of the day. We focus on our problems and this can build stress which keeps us awake.
To stop this nightly torture, ask yourself the following questions:
Do you take responsibility for things that you shouldn’t? Are you worrying about other people’s problems? Remind yourself that you can’t think for anyone else and just let those worries go.
Are you worrying about something specific? Write it down before going to bed. Tell yourself firmly that you will think about this issue tomorrow morning. The subconscious mind will hear you, but you MUST consciously stop these worrying thoughts as soon as they surface. This becomes easier with practice.
Busy minds are not necessarily a symptom of stress. If you are creative you may have more ideas than you can deal with. Write them down when they pop up or use a voice recorder by the bed.
Some other ways we can stop our spiralling thoughts and get some rest:
Be aware of this; you are not your mind. Your mind is your personality, you are the person who owns your mind and you have to tell it who’s in charge! You don’t have to follow the path your thoughts are taking.
The mind must be redirected and made to think on one stress free thing. Realize you can control your thoughts, be aware in what direction your thoughts are leading.
I’m not going to trot out the usual remedies for sleep here, simply because physical remedies don’t work too well for over active minds. Trying too hard to relax when your mind’s racing can do more harm than good. You need to distract your mind and focus it on one thing only.
This will stop one thought developing into another and another.
How to do this? Well to start with we can use an outside source to focus our mind. For instance, listen to a CD. A relaxing CD is not always helpful under these conditions, try an instructional tape where there is someone talking. This will stop your mind wandering and your thoughts will focus on the voice, the more boring the better!
Training your mind to do what you want is the key to better sleep and less stress in your life.
