the recent verdict in detroit (kwamane kilpratrick) city has to pay 6.5 million to the cop and bodyguard that feels they were wrongly terminated.

as tommy hearns would say, most definitely. the mayor then put his big foot in his even bigger mouth, by calling it a racist decision. he demeaned two outstanding police officers. they got their justice. a juror said that he had wanted to give the two more money. it’s just too bad that the tax payers of the city will have to pay for the verdict. kk should have to pay it himself.

what an arrogant fool, i feel for detroiters.

  • Will you be avoiding these supermarkets now? I definitely won’t be shopping there anytime soon!

Weren’t the statements from the management of both Sainsburys and Tesco beyond belief?!

Regarding the Whistleblower programme, I can’t believe that it received so little coverage in the newspapers. The only reference seems to be in the Guardian. I would have thought that a matter of public health and safety would have been of high importance to the press.

  • I just read an interesting opinion piece on this subject. It seems to make sense to me. What do you think it would mean if he eventually went public and described the inner workings of these scientists?

    http://strata-sphere.com/blog/index.php/archives/11861

Whistle blowers usually are disgruntled insiders. I’m guessing some university IT administrator with a skeptical outlook, watching these warmist scientists pretending to be saving the world thinking to themselves, this is such a crock of sh!t.

Most people don’t have 10 years worth of emails sitting on a server. Going back that far usually involves getting data out of an achieve.

If some hacker were to get a script that brute force guesses passwords – they’re going to attract attention to themselves.

  • I reported my employer recently for not paying the correct wages, withholding money from paychecks to avoid taxation. I was to get $19 an hour. Employer puts on paystub that I get minimum wage and overtime @ minimum wage rate. Then gives us some bonus, and takes part of this bonus away pre-tax. He gives it back to us post-tax but as mileage. He then avoids FICA, Medicare and additional state and federal taxes from employees checks each pay. In addition, He is not paying the correct rate of pay, and can claim the mileage on his income taxes as a deduction. Does this qualify under the whistleblower law? Are there attorneys that will represent me based on percentage of award? There are approximately 200 employees that this employer does this to. I also wonder what he reports in his contracts to Department of Public Welfare in grant applications for employee wages, perhaps fraud there too.
A 100 hour paycheck which is 80 hours straight time (1520) and 20 hours overtime (570) but I’m getting (480)ST and (180)OT and bonus of (400) bonus=(1060) and that is not 19 an hour that I was promised, nor $17 an hr but really $10 an hour. He can’t cut one employees hourly rate and not the others in the same position.

It sounds like it could be covered under the whistleblower law, but it can be a fairly lengthy process to go through, don’t not work thinking you’ll have your job back in a few days.

Also, in many cases with the federal whistle blower act you would be entitled to 10% of the government’s claim (actual losses, interest and penalties) so many lawyers will take this on a contingency basis. But also like many federal Whistleblower cases if you made an anonymous complaint and the employer happens to figure out it was you there is no protection from discharge.

  • Question about whistleblower laws?

If someone files a claim anonymously under the federal Whistleblower act, and one of the people in the investigation reveals the identity of the whistleblower for no reason, for no purpose of the investigation, and for no purpose, and this information circulates… can I sue for breach of confidentialty, if then become harassed as a result, of someone who breached confidence?

Obtain the text of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. I have read it in it’s entirety and there is information in there regarding the law. You can download it off of the congressional web site. Just google it and you’ll be able to find it.

  • Okay, so I have this “so called” teacher, and he constantly makes unproffesional comments to the classroom about how he doesnt want to be here any more than we do, and that he doesnt even like kids, and I have been struggling in his class because of his teaching technique. So anyways I go to the administration today with a meeting with my parents, and we present the issue to the administration. I get into the teachers class and he says that whining to the principal will not help anything at all. Im wondering what exactly this is? Any thoughts?

A whistleblower is a person who alleges misconduct. More complex definitions may be used, but the issue is that the Whistleblower usually faces reprisal. The misconduct may be classified in many ways; for example, a violation of a law, rule, regulation and/or a direct threat to public interest, such as fraud, health/safety violations, and corruption. In a school setting it can lead to a suspension, transfer, or just a rough way to go for the remainder of the time in this teachers class.~

  • She very well could be.

In introducing her Mars colony revelations at Exopolitics.com, Ms. Eisenhower writes, “My great-grandfather President Ike, who was also the Army general who led the Allied Forces to victory over Hitler, battled evil corrupt powers on Earth and took on some of the most challenging scenarios in history. As I grew up, I could sense that I was completing this battle that has ancient roots. When Hitler died and the Nazis lost power- the entities including those that were ET/Extraterrestrial did not. They continued to find hosts and create agreements with people who were a part of the races of the patriarch and Global Elite – who want to run things through fear tactics, control and the suppression of Sophia or the essence of the Divine Feminine.

of course many will simply dismiss stories like these, because they refuse to entertain such things, as they are too far removed from their “belief systems”.
I am frankly not sure about such claims myself, however I cannot dismiss them altogether.
