What are some things in Hitlers defense on conspiracy, war crimes, crimes against peace and humanity charges?

For history class I have to come up with some evidence in Hitler’s defense that he didn’t commit those crimes. Especially conspiracy. I also need to ask Him questions as though I am a defense attorney.
