   There is not one conspiracy theory there are possibly 100s just search online for them, here are a few.

   The Driver was drunk

   MI6 had planned it

   She was about to marry an Egyptian Muslim

   She was about to have the baby of a Egyptian Muslim

   Diana’s body was deliberately embalmed soon after her death to hide evidence

   There have been reports of a bright white flash just before the car entered the tunnel, blinding the driver.

   Analysis of the wreckage of the Mercedes revealed it had glancing contact with a white Fiat Uno car which left traces of paint on the Mercedes bodywork but extensive attempts by the French police to find the vehicle involved failed.

   The essence of the allegations made by Mohammed Fayed were the white Fiat Uno was used by the "security services" to block the road in front of the Mercedes, causing it to swerve and thereby crash into the side of the tunnel.

   Fayed further alleged that the Fiat Uno involved was owned by a French photojournalist named James Andanson

   James Andanson committed suicide in May 2000. His body was found in a black, burnt-out BMW in a forest in the south of France, the doors were locked with no sign of the car keys.

   The absence of CCTV images showing the Mercedes’ journey from the hotel to the crash site has been frequently cited as evidence of an organised conspiracy.

   There was some media discussion in April 2006 suggesting that Diana was a faithful seat belt user and therefore the fact that both her and Dodi’s belts either failed or were not used was sinister and may suggest sabotage.

   The first call to the emergency services switchboard was logged at 12.26 a.m. The SAMU ambulance carrying the Princess arrived at the Participatory Hospital at 2.06 a.m. This length of time has prompted much conspiracy-related comment.

   The conspiracy theory grew out of shock, people struggled to believe that someone so young so well known could be snatched away like that.

   The theory is that Her Majesty the Queen engineered the death of Princess Diana because she, Diana, was responsible for the breakup of her marriage with Prince Charles. There is no way of knowing just how such theories arise. Somebody gets an idea that something’s not right and takes it to extreme. There is not one shred of evidence that the Queen had anything to do with Princess Diana’s death.

   When any famous person dies, especially if they are fairly young (JFK, Marilyn Monroe, Martin Luther King, Robert Kennedy, etc) there are conspiracy theories.

   One that I’ve heard and seems to pop up a lot, although I don’t believe it, is that the Royal Family had her killed to prevent her from marrying an Egyptian Muslim, possibly turning Muslim and even having her sons become Muslim. Of course, if that happened, William could never be King, he has to be ANglican.

   There might be others out there, I don’t know.

   I think the driver was drunk and was trying to get away from the paparazzi. I don’t think there was a conspiracy against her, or if there was, the drunk driver’s actions beat them to it.

   Mohammed Al Fayed,Dodi’s father,is the reason behind so many of these "theories." He has an axe to grind.Al Fayed wants to be part of the British establishment,but,inspite of buying Harrods,and the Ritz,has not been able to become a UK citizen.Al Fayed has questionable past business dealings,the reason behind his failure to become a UK citizen.
   Al Fayed loves publicity.He’s cooked up the notion that the Royal Family had Diana killed.He says it was because she was going to marry his son and that she was pregnant.All of this was nonsense.Diana had told her friends that she needed to get married,"like she needed a bad rash" on her face.Rosa Monckton also confirmed that Diana wasn’t pregnant;Diana had had her period a few weeks before she died.Monckton testified at the inquest and well as granting interviews to reputable authors.the inquest site is http://www.scottbaker-inquests.gov.uk/
   Al Fayed also used some things that an angry Diana had written to friends,or in her diary,or to author Andrew Morton(Diana:Her True Story).Al Fayed can’t understand how angry that Diana was when she wrote or said the things she did,right after the separation.Diana had written to friends and in her diary that she thought that a brake-failure caused car crash was being planned for her so that Charles could marry,not Camilla,but then nanny,Tiggy Legge- Bourke.Diana also wrote that Camilla was also in danger of being bumped off as well.
   All of this was nonsense.At the time of her death,Charles and Diana were on good terms again and were friends.Diana accepted that Camilla and Charles would marry one day,and that she,too would also remarry.She had her eye on Hasnat Khan,a heart surgeon,but he could not deal with the publicity that came with the Princess of Wales.They had broken up,and Diana had embarked upon a rebound summer fling,in order to make Khan jealous.Unfortunately,things did not work out for Diana.
