First, the RV is a cold body travelling several thousand miles per hour over 600 miles away and is not visible to a hand held camera. Second, due to the speed and distance, even if he could see the RV, it is impossible to track by hand. The Western Range uses high magnification cameras that follow the RV using position data from radar tracking systems.
