They have evolved …
They have evolved to a higher spiritual realm(astral dimension) it is known that we all have a signature frequency, could be positive(high) or negative(low).
Human frequencies are low(due to regressive beings holding us back) so thats why we are not able to see them, but they can bring there frequencies down so we can see them, they have the technology, but that doesnt mean they dont come from another planet, just means that they are much much higher evolved than us.
