Are some computerization projects ruined by mind-control?

typical mind-control secrets are:
SECRET #3: Hypnosis language patterns that will make anyone do anything you want.
SECRET #11: How to use the tone of your voice to gain control of someone’s mind.
SECRET #23: How to create mind blanks to easily slip in your hypnosis commands and no one will ever notice.
For whatever reason, individuals use mind-control secrets to ruin the project.
Well here goes with my opinion -
Secret #3 Only some people can be hypnotised and I’m not one of them
Secret #11 The tone of someone voice can give off different things, if soothing then yes, I think it can be used for assurance but nobody can control my mind
Secret #23 Can’t be done, although the power of suggestion can definitely alter ones conscious train of thought.
Remember this also, that most shopping centres that play music are also sending out subliminal messages to customers about not stealing or buy more products etc., can also only affect those that can be suggestional

the power of suggestion only works for things that people are uninhibited about doing
ergo
if a computerization project was ruined this way
it was because the people selected were not inhibited by unethical behavior
your screening process was not effective
or coercion may have been used
