What movie had a mind control serum used in the neck?
The movie or tv show I’m thinking of had a serum put in a what looked like a burn in the back of the neck. It was used to control the person.

prision break had that as well in season 3 i beleive. a black assassin did it to a white guy in a chair.he put 3 different kinds of viles in to his system.
