Two of the people we work with, are having an affair, usually at the workplace, and the woman is cotinuously stealing things and giving to him and his family, to keep the affair going, how do we tell on them with out being a big bi**h ?
Go to the person highest up, explain what is going on and that you want to be anonymous. Also that you have witness that feel and wish the same. That way no-one knows it was you. And the big wig looks like the bad guy (as always).

Your company should have some kind of third party that helps in disputes like this. If they don’t, call the police. Theft is theft.

Why don’t you confront them first? Or, when you know they are doing something inappropriate, ask the manager to go wherever they are so he/ she can catch them herself. That way, they won’t suspect someone ratted them out…they will think they just got caught by the manager.

there are many options:
1- send their immediate supervisor an anonymous email, with all the details!
2- you can talk about it with their supervisor with other employees so that you won’t be the only one to be blamed.
3- you can talk to the HR Dept. if you trust them.
4- let someone else do it, choose someone who is talkative or mean and let him/her do it.
5- tell the secretary or the driver of their supervisor….
