Where/Who do I contact to make a complaint about my employer not hiring African America people.
I am white and my employer does not/will not hire any other ethnicity. It’s to the point that when a black person fills out an application, they (the owners) purposely mark the corner of the application to indicate that the person filling it out was black. They never call them for jobs, and when a opening comes up and they review the applications…….the ones with the "mark" in the corner are thrown away.
Any suggestions?
Don’t be ashamed this is happening, be outraged.
You have to be very sure of your ground to make this sort of accusation, and think about the quality of your evidence. Would anyone back you up?
As above, contact the attorney generals office.

my girlfriend’s boss also hires only vietnamese girls between the ages of 16 and 21. I would like to help you but i would like to know the answer too.

Wow. I really had been hoping this kind of thing didn’t happen anymore.
My advise would be to call the office of Attorney General in your state and see if there is a gov’t agency that oversees that sort of thing.
I am ashamed that this is still happening.

Wow, that’s pretty damn blatant. You should probably contact the whistleblower hotline for your state or the state department. Don’t be inactive about this, this is a serious matter, especially since you know the protocol of how they discriminate.

First, you need to make certain that you are protected by local "whistle blower" laws. That is, unless you want to not work there because of this. That one is something that you might want to consider.
Once you do know that you are protected, contact your local justice department and file your complaint. Make certain that you have something that can back up your claim.
Obviously, don’t make this call from work. You want those inspectors to show up, unannounced, so that the incriminating evidence cannot be destroyed before they arrive.
I don’t know where you’re from, and that information isn’t important in this context. But most countries in which English is widely spoken (your use of English indicates that you are in one such country) have very clear anti-discrimination laws.
Good luck. Discriminaiton of any ilk is reprehensible. Do your part. In the long, even if you lose your job for it, you’ll know that you did the right thing.
